9) Cables

Selected the cable and copied it into a new layer. Duplicated this layer a few times, and moved them all using rotate, perspective and move. Changed the hue and lightness on them, made the background black and white. Saved for web and devices, and made blurred slightly.

8) Plasma Globe

Duplicated layer, used magic wand to select just the globe , added a filter to it, reduced the opacity, and added in shapes at the side. reduced their opacity, then saved image for web and devices, and in there I increased the blur then saved as jpeg.

Raster Graphics 7

7) Lightning

Duplicated layer 1 and added a filter to it. Used the smudge tool. Added in 2 lens flares. Added in star shapes and on the biggest star added an effect to it. Used eraser to erase the lightning bolt in layer 1 so you could see layer 2 which is underneath it.
