I did a reverse image search on my light bulb photo and found your page. Firstly - I am happy for you to use it for your course work. However, it is usually a good idea to check, especially before publishing it (and derived images) onto the web.
Please can you put a link to the original image http://www.flickr.com/photos/simon_flanagan/32381562/in/photostream/ on each post that contains this photo or any artwork containing parts of this photo. This makes sure that anyone visiting your site will be able to find out about where the photo comes from and will be able to find out about the copyright licence terms.
